Who we are
NoxCams (noxcams.com) is run by Falcon, the data controller for this website. For any question about your data, write to info@noxcams.com.
What NoxCams does
NoxCams is a directory of the models who are streaming live on Stripchat. We do not host any video. An account is optional: you can use the whole site without telling us who you are.
Data collected when you visit
Like every website, our server records technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time. We use it only to keep the site running and secure, and we delete it after 7 days. The server is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy.
To apply the age-verification rules of some countries, the site works out your country (and, in the United States, your state) from your IP address, using a database kept on our own server (DB-IP). This happens at each visit and nothing is stored.
Cookies
We use two technical cookies that need no consent: cm_18 remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older (1 year) and cm_consenso remembers your choice about Google Analytics (6 months).
Only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics, by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, receives your IP address without storing it in full and keeps the data for 2 months. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (How Google uses data). You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Account and favorites
An account is optional. Without one, the favorites you save with the heart stay only in your browser (local storage cm_pref): to show which of them are live, the list is sent to our server, which does not keep it.
If you create an account, we keep your email address, your favorites, your choice about email alerts and the dates of sign-up and last visit. We use them only to sign you in with the link we email you, to keep your favorites and, if you turn them on, to email you when a favorite goes live (at most one email every 3 hours, each with a link to stop them). Emails are sent through Aruba S.p.A. When you are signed in, WordPress sets the technical cookies wordpress_logged_in and wordpress_sec (up to 1 year).
You can delete your account and all its data at any time from the account page. Accounts not used for 24 months are deleted automatically.
Model previews and links to Stripchat
Model pictures are loaded directly from Stripchat's servers, so your browser connects to them and they can see your IP address.
When you click a model you leave NoxCams and open the model's room on Stripchat through our affiliate link. From then on Stripchat's own privacy policy applies: Stripchat is an independent controller. We only receive aggregate statistics (numbers of clicks, sign-ups and purchases), never names, email addresses or payment details.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use and to receive it in a portable format by writing to info@noxcams.com. As we do not know who you are, we may need details such as the IP address and time of your visit to find your data.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the country where you live.
Adults only
NoxCams is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
